Remove teammates who have left the company or no longer help with hiring. Only the company owner can do this.
Steps
- Go to Account → Team.
- Click the trash icon next to the person.
- Confirm with Delete member.
What happens
- Accepted members: their Jobspage account is deleted and they can no longer log in. If they need access again later, invite them again and they sign up from scratch.
- Pending invites: the invite stops working. If they click the link later and sign up anyway, they get a separate account with a company of their own.
- Notes they wrote on candidates stay, and show Deleted user as the author.
- Jobs they created and candidates they added stay with your company.
There is no way to undo a removal.
Changing the owner
The person who created the company is its owner and can't be removed from Account → Team. To hand the company over to someone else, contact us.
