Google shows job openings in a special box at the top of job searches. Every Jobspage job page includes the data Google needs for it, on every plan, with nothing to set up.
What we send to Google
Each job page describes the job in a format Google reads (structured data):
- Job title, description and the date it was posted.
- Your company name, website and logo.
- Location from Country and City, and remote work when Remote options is Remote only.
- Employment type.
- Salary, when you fill in the Salary fields.
Your careers page also has its own sitemap, so Google can find new jobs.
Help your jobs show up
- Add a salary range. Google highlights pay, and listings with it tend to get more clicks.
- Write a full description. Very short descriptions are less likely to be shown.
- Fill in your company website and logo under Account → Company.
- Expire filled jobs so they drop out of search instead of collecting applications for closed roles.
How long it takes
Google decides when and whether to list a job. New jobs usually take from a few days to a couple of weeks to appear. Jobspage can't speed this up or guarantee a listing.
