Wellfound pricing
- Free. Unlimited job posts and applicants, a built-in applicant tracker, and no credit card needed. Free jobs appear in Wellfound search and job alerts. Wellfound's help center says free posts must show compensation (a salary range, equity or both).
- Promoted jobs. From $200 per job. A promoted job sits at the top of search, goes out in an email to matching candidates and gets wider reach across the network.
- Sourcing and recruiting. Paid seats for searching and contacting candidates, and a managed recruiting service that charges per open role plus a fee when you hire. Both are optional.

- Sign up as a recruiter at wellfound.com/recruit.
- Set up or claim your company profile.
- Create the job: title, location or remote policy, salary and equity, description and screening questions.
- Publish it. Promote it if you want more reach.
