ZipRecruiter is a paid job marketplace aimed mainly at US employers. You write a job once and it goes out to ZipRecruiter and a network of partner boards, and ZipRecruiter's matching invites suitable candidates to apply.
ZipRecruiter pricing
ZipRecruiter doesn't publish prices on a public page. Its annual report describes flat-rate pricing on terms from a single day to a year, with many employers paying per job per day. Larger recruitment campaigns can use performance-based pricing. New employers get a free trial.
Because the price usually depends on how many jobs you have open and for how long, costs grow with every role you add. Get a quote for your actual number of open roles before you compare it with other boards. Third-party sites quote very different monthly prices, and ZipRecruiter doesn't confirm them, so we don't list them here.
How to post a job on ZipRecruiter
- Create an employer account and start the free trial.
- Enter the job title, location, description and pay.
- Add screening questions to filter applicants.
- Choose a plan. ZipRecruiter sends the job to its own site and partner job boards.
- Review matched candidates and invite the best fits to apply.
Getting more from ZipRecruiter with a Jobspage careers page
ZipRecruiter is a paid channel, so it's worth pairing it with free ones. Publish the role on your Jobspage careers page first, where Google Jobs can pick it up at no cost, and share that link on LinkedIn and in your network. Then use ZipRecruiter for roles where free channels aren't bringing in enough applicants.
Our LinkedIn job posting cost guide compares ZipRecruiter with LinkedIn and Indeed on cost per applicant.
