You can change plans at any time. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Upgrade from Free
- Go to Account → Billing. You can also click Upgrade in the top bar when your Free job slot is in use.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly · save 35%.
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want.
- Enter your card details on the Stripe checkout page. If you have a promotion code, add it there.
- Confirm the payment.
You are sent back to Jobspage. Your new plan and its features are active within a few seconds; refresh the page if they don't show yet.
Switch between paid plans
- Go to Account → Billing.
- Click Manage subscription. This opens the Stripe customer portal.
- Change your plan there.
If the portal doesn't offer the plan you want, contact us and we will switch it for you.
Go back to Free
Cancel your subscription. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. See Cancel your subscription for what changes.
Only the company owner can see Account → Billing. Teammates use the owner's plan.
