You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Stripe customer portal. Your account then continues on the Free plan.
Steps
- Go to Account → Billing.
- Click Manage subscription.
- In the Stripe portal, choose to cancel your plan and confirm.
You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
What changes on the Free plan
- Active jobs: the limit drops to 1. Jobs that are live stay live, but you can't post a new job or unarchive one while any job is live. Expire the ones you no longer need under Jobs.
- Team: you can't invite new teammates.
- Branding: the "Powered by Jobspage" badge returns to your careers page.
- Embed: the job list on your website shows "Sorry, vacancies can't be displayed." instead of your jobs.
- Google Tag Manager: your container stops loading.
- Hiring stages: you can't change stages any more. Candidates keep their current stage.
Your jobs, candidates, ratings and notes are all kept. Upgrading again turns the paid features back on.
Deleting your account instead
Cancelling does not delete anything. If you want to close your account completely, cancel first, then see Delete your account.
