Plans are priced by how many jobs you have live at the same time. Applications and candidates are unlimited on every plan.

What counts as active
Every job that is live on your careers page. Expired jobs under Archived jobs don't count, so expiring a filled role frees its slot.
On the Free plan, the top bar shows how many of your jobs are in use, for example Free · 1 of 1 job.
When you reach the limit
- New job post opens a message asking you to upgrade instead of the job form.
- Unarchive on an expired job does the same.
To make room, expire a job you no longer need (see Expire, unarchive or duplicate a job), or upgrade under Account → Billing.
Teammates share the owner's limit. If the upgrade button is hidden for you, ask the account owner.
