Your careers page is built fresh on every visit, so saved changes should show the next time it loads. If they don't, work through this list.
Check that the change was saved
- Company details, logo, headline, colour, GTM and branding need Save changes at the bottom of Account → Company. A message confirms the save.
- Job changes need Publish on the edit page.
- A category name saves when you click outside the field.
Reload without the cache
Your browser may show an older copy. Reload with Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or open the page in a private window.
A job is missing
- Expired jobs are not shown. Check Archived jobs under Jobs and click Unarchive.
- Filters: a candidate who picked a location, category or type sees only matching jobs. Reset the filters to All.
- Suspended jobs show a Suspended badge in the app and are hidden from the careers page. Contact us about these.
The page shows "not found"
- Check the address. If you changed your careers page address, the old one no longer works.
- Job links contain the job ID. A link to a job from a different company's address won't open.
The embed is out of date
The embedded list on your website updates with your careers page. If it shows "Sorry, vacancies can't be displayed.", the embed is not included in your current plan.
Link previews on social media
LinkedIn, Slack and others keep their own copy of a link preview for a while. Use LinkedIn's Post Inspector to refresh it.
