Jobspage can email you each time a candidate applies, with their name, the job title and a link straight to the application.
The setting is on by default for new accounts, and each teammate has their own.
Turn emails on or off
- Go to Account.
- Under Profile, switch Notify about new candidates on or off.
- Click Save.
The change applies to your account only. Teammates choose for themselves.
Who gets the email
Everyone on the company team who has Notify about new candidates switched on, including the owner. The email goes to the address you log in with.
Candidates you add manually trigger the email too.
Not receiving them?
- Check that the setting is on and that you clicked Save.
- Look in your spam or promotions folder and mark the email as not spam.
- Ask your IT team whether mail from Jobspage is being filtered.
