Where applications show up

Updated

Every application lands on the job the candidate applied to. There is no separate inbox: start from Jobs.

In the jobs list

Each active job shows how many applicants it has, plus two badges when they apply:

  • N new: applications that arrived since your last visit.
  • N to review: candidates still in the first stage who have not been rated yet.

Above the list, a line such as "Since you were last here: 3 new applications" sums up new arrivals across all jobs.

On the job page

Open a job to see its candidates split by hiring stage. Each stage is a tab with a count. New applications start in Applied.

Every row shows the candidate's name, the date they applied and their rating. A To review badge marks candidates who need a first look.

On the candidate page

Click a candidate to open their application. You will find:

  • Every answer from the application form. Links and email addresses are clickable.
  • The resume or other uploaded documents, ready to download.
  • Email, which opens a new message to the candidate in your email app.
  • Archive and Move to buttons to change their stage.
  • Notes from your team. See Rate candidates and add notes.

To be told about new applications by email, see New application emails.
